Lakeland College Street Rod Technology is a unique program from the School of Trades at Lakeland College. Built from apprenticeship materials and adapted to provide a new generation of gear heads the best training program for auto custom and restoration skills.
With advanced technologies such as laser engraving, dye sublimation and professional graphic design capabilities, Lakeland can fulfill all of your process, building and safety signage needs. Applications for Lakeland Industrial Graphics include panels, machinery and facilities from typical offices to harsh, outdoor, washdown or sterile environments. We are equipped to engrave or print on stainless, vinyl, acrylic and other plastics, fiberglass and textiles, from ¼” x ¼” to 2’x4’.

Street Rod Technologies is a unique program built by the Trades & Technology faculty at Lakeland College Canada. This extensive 8 month program covers a range of automotive principles in our specialized lab. You'll develop applied skills using specialized tools including power hammers, English wheels, bead rollers and paint spray guns. You'll put that knowledge and skills to work during the program as you customize your own project vehicle while supervised by instructors.
